The DAMAC Properties empire has been growing at a fast rate since it was established by Hussain Sajwani in 2002 and offered a range of opportunities initially limited to the region of Dubai where the brand is based. The Hussain Sajwani family has become a major ally of the Trump family who is now the First Family of the U.S.; President Donald Trump and the University of Washington graduate have already completed two real estate deals in Dubai and had plans for more prior to the election of the New York-based mogul to The White House.
Over the course of the development of the latest properties bearing the Trump banner on the outskirts of Dubai, the founder of DAMAC made sure he was up to date with the latest developments in the election of the President. Sajwani has already expressed his belief the partnership with Trump will not cause any issues for the continued success of the brand in the Middle East and explained he believes a $2 billion deal will be in place between the DAMAC owner and the Trump brand by the time the President leaves office at the end of his Presidency.
In the meantime, Hussain Sajwani is insistent on his company seeking to explore ever increasing areas of the world in terms of luxury real estate development which would see the brand become a leader in terms of global influence. Among the markets currently being explored by DAMAC and Hussain Sajwani are the international destinations of London and Qatar where the luxury style of real estate offered by the company remain important for the majority of the richest people on the planet.
The move into London has already taken place with a large number of units already sold in the AYKON One Nine Elms development which has been developed in partnership with Versace Home. A further major area of development is also being planned which would regenerate a major part of districts of London under the leadership of DAMAC Properties helmed by Hussain Sajwani.
